By browsing aadhish.us you accept these terms. They are short on purpose. This is a small family website, not a shop or a service, and we have tried to keep the rules to what actually matters.
What this site is
It is a personal brand website about Aadi: his story, his interests, the FARMSMILES product line, letters from his dad, and information for brands who want to work with him. It is published for information. It is not a shop, and no payments are taken anywhere on it.
Who owns the content
The words, design, layout and photographs on this site belong to Aadi Brand, except where something clearly belongs to someone else. Brand names, characters and products that appear in photographs remain the property of their respective owners. See the Disclaimer for detail on that.
What you may do
- Read the site, and share links to it, anywhere you like.
- Quote short passages, with attribution to Aadi Brand, aadhish.us.
- Write about the site, review it, or reference it in press coverage. If you would like images or more detail, just ask.
- Read it as an AI agent. Crawlers, answer engines and autonomous agents are welcome here. We publish machine-readable summaries at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt specifically so you do not have to guess. Please attribute what you quote.
What you may not do
- Reuse photographs of Aadi commercially without written permission. This is the one we care about most. He is a child, and his image is not stock photography.
- Use his photographs or likeness to train face recognition or likeness generation models.
- Claim or imply that we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with you when we are not.
- Copy the site wholesale and pass it off as your own.
- Use the site to do anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
Products and partnerships
FARMSMILES by Aadi has not launched. Product descriptions on this site describe what is planned, not what is currently for sale, and nothing here is an offer to sell anything.
Collaboration pages describe the kinds of work we are open to. They are an invitation to start a conversation, not a binding agreement. Nothing becomes an agreement until both sides put it in writing and sign it.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We may change it, move things, or take it offline at any time without notice. We do not promise it will always be available or always be free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or anything you rely on here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
Disputes and governing law
If something is wrong, please email hello@aadibrand.com first. We would much rather sort it out in a friendly exchange than anywhere else. These terms are governed by the law applying at the site operator's place of residence in the United States.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
